In Trosa municipality, we are committed to ensuring that our children and students have the best possible start in life. From the first encounter with preschool, through preschool class, primary school, and after-school care, our staff do their utmost to ensure that every child and student receives the challenges and support needed to achieve their dreams and goals. With the forest as a neighbor and the sea within reach, you will find Vitalisskolan, the largest primary and middle school in the municipality. Currently, there are about 350 students from grades F-6 in modern facilities at Vitalisskolan. Approximately fifty people work together with our students, and our staff are divided into teams for school and after-school care.

Our vision is to work towards making Vitalisskolan a school where everyone feels safe. We contribute to developing children's sense of belonging, responsibility, and lifelong learning. The schoolyard and forest are filled daily with learning, play, and activities directly connected to the school. A working climate and environment that promotes children's health fosters joy and enthusiasm for learning. The principal, staff, children, and parents have together developed an attractive school in new facilities with everything under one roof.

ASSIGNMENT

As a teacher, you contribute to students' development towards knowledge goals based on each student's conditions. You will also contribute to the student's personal development. The work involves documenting, following up, and evaluating the student's development, which is also communicated with the student and their guardians through, among other things, development talks.

We place great importance on your ability to collaborate with all colleagues at the school. Teachers and teaching assistants work closely together in daily school activities. It is important that you contribute your experience, knowledge, and creative abilities in various ways for the development of students and the organization.

COMPETENCE

We are looking for someone who wants to be a substitute for a class teacher position for grade 3 starting in August 2025. The position is a parental substitute and extends until 2025-12-19. You, who are applying, have an inner calm but also a drive, and a desire to give every child the best conditions to develop their entire personality.

You are/have:

• Previous work experience in schools

It is advantageous if you are/have:

• Licensed teacher with qualifications to teach grades 1-3
• Good knowledge of the curriculum and syllabus
• Good skills and experience in pedagogical documentation to follow up and evaluate the organization
• Pedagogical awareness and knowledge to interpret and concretize all goals of the curriculum

We want you to be able to use your experiences and competencies to contribute to an exciting, stimulating educational environment where the child is in focus. The work should be based on a holistic view of the child's development where play and learning are of great importance. We expect a professional collaboration and interaction with parents in various forums. You should actively contribute to the development of the school's activities through systematic quality work.
